How to use Shish AI Cube
Start using the world's first AI powered coffee bean roaster in a few simple steps!
Step 1:
Prepare the Shish AI Cube
Remove the top, chaff collector, and roast chamber. Pour in 250g of green beans, reassemble, select auto roast or manual mode in the app, and turn on the Shish® AI Cube.
Step 2:
Begin Roasting
The red LED signals the start. The app tracks the 12-15 min roast cycle. Cooling completes with the green LED.
Step 3:
Clean Up and Enjoy
When the green LED lights, the roast is done. Remove and empty the beans, clear waste, and reassemble. Brew your coffee and log notes in the app.

Advanced sensors maintain perfect temperature, while the built-in camera monitors bean color for optimal roasting. The 360-degree view lets you watch the roasting process in real-time, and a special microphone precisely detects the first crack to ensure optimal roast levels every time.
